Implementation and support

Every engagement includes guided onboarding: connecting your MES/OEE feedback, setting up your lines, shifts, products and cost assumptions, and helping your planning, operations and finance teams get a shared view. As an early-access product, you also get direct access to the team building it, and a real say in the roadmap.

Crucially, your model is built directly from the production history you already keep in Excel. AI maps the columns and flags the gaps rather than inventing your numbers, so getting started is far lighter than a traditional rollout, and you keep it up to date in plain English rather than consultant scripts. See how implementation works.

About FactoryPlan.app

Replace spreadsheet planning without replacing your factory systems

FactoryPlan.app started from a simple observation: many manufacturers have invested in ERP, MES and OEE systems, but the production plan itself still lives in Excel. ERP holds the orders. MES/OEE captures what happens on the line. Finance holds the standards. But planners are left trying to keep a spreadsheet aligned with all of it, usually after the factory floor has already changed. FactoryPlan.app replaces spreadsheet planning with a live production schedule connected to your existing MES/OEE, ERP, costing and reporting data. The aim is simple: keep the plan current, show when it is drifting, and help teams make better decisions while there is still time to act. It is also designed to avoid the usual planning-system implementation burden. Traditional planning projects can take months of workshops, configuration, master-data clean-up and consultant time before the team sees value. FactoryPlan.app starts from the spreadsheets and production history you already have, with the aim of getting you running in shadow mode within a week. It does not replace the factory systems you already rely on. It replaces the manual planning process that struggles to keep up with them.

Where we are today

FactoryPlan.appis an early-access product. Live scheduling, MES/OEE feedback, plan vs actual tracking, costing and reporting are in use today. AI-assisted replanning, scenario planning and S&OP are on the near-term roadmap. We are working closely with a small number of manufacturers to build practical planning software that replaces Excel without turning implementation into another major systems project.

Pricing questions

No. It is a planning and reporting layer that sits on top of the systems you already use. It connects your production schedule to live MES/OEE feedback rather than replacing any of it.
